Job summary

Job description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Identify and approach potential clients in the valve and related industries.

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Provide technical information and product recommendations to clients.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the valve, mechanical, or industrial products sector.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken), as it will be used in daily communication.

Ability to understand technical specifications of industrial products.

Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools is a plus.
