About the Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at PT MILAND CIPTA USAHA. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales growth and achieving our ambitious targets. This full‑time position is based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through various prospecting methods
  • Schedule and conduct effective sales meetings and presentations to potential clients (end user/partner)
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with Professional Display/IT Hardware industry trends, competitor analysis and product knowledge
What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the Sales industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proficient in negotiation and closing sales deals
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM software a plus
