Job Title: Sales Executive – Central Java
Job Purpose
To achieve sales targets, expand market coverage, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners within the Central Java area.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales visits across assigned Central Java cities.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop pipelines.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations.
Market Development
- Conduct market mapping for Central Java: competitors, pricing, and trends.
- Execute sales promotions and marketing activities.
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of sales contracts, invoices, and agreements.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales (Flavor or Food Ingredient company).
- Strong knowledge of the Central Java market including culture, demographics, and business environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to work with targets and deadlines.
- Willing to travel across the Central Java region.
