Job Description
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries.
Knowledge of paper core specifications and production processes is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new potential customers in relevant industries (packaging, textile, pulp & paper, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements regarding paper core specifications and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and propose sales strategies.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales reports, customer data, and payment tracking.
- Drive revenue growth by presenting the product to customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Develop new market share in the industrial field.
- Develop sales strategies, set goals, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle and resolve client queries and complaints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotion strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales initiatives.
- Provide regular progress reports and contribute to the overall sales and growth strategy of the organization.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Experience with business development, tenant relations, or similar roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written); proficiency in Mandarin is a competitive advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of current market trends, customer needs, and local business regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a benefit.
