Key Objectives and Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for market share growth at the customer/account level
- Continuous improvement through innovative activities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to establish partnerships and programs with schools.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within schools, including administrators, teachers, and parent-teacher associations.
- uild and maintain strong relationships with school clients through regular communication, presentations, and networking events.
- llaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting the educational sector.
- pervise or directly manage events held in partnership with schools, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- ay informed about industry trends and educational initiatives to identify new opportunities for partnership development.
- Establishing new account by planning and organizing daily work schedule by approaching clients and obtain a potential opportunity
- Focusing on food service product penetration and providing solutions for Horeca or institution / corporate client
- Building and mintaining relation with clients potential
- Planning & developing strategis for yearly and monthly target
- Preparing & presenting weekly and monthly report
Qualifications
- nimum bachelor's degree preferably from Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience of proven experience in sales, preferably within the indoor playground, education sector and family entertainment industry
- strong network or existing database of private schools in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) that regularly organize external activities is a significant plus.
- rong network of connections within the educational sector, particularly with schools and educational institutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
- cellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of partnership programs effectively.
