- Identify and approach potential customers and business partners in assigned territories.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and create new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell cable products in accordance with company targets and strategies.
- Provide product presentations and technical explanations when needed.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and finance to support smooth sales execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial products or B2B
- Ability to speak Korean (At least TOPIK 2) (Mandatory) and English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently
- Owns a valid driver's license and preferably has a personal vehicle
- Familiarity with cable products or electrical industry is a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools

Sales Executive – Cigarette Paper & Packaging
We are a manufacturing company based in West Karawang, Indonesia, producing cigarette paper and packaging materials. Our product portfolio includes cigarette paper, plug wrap, tipping base, printed tipping paper, printed packaging, inner frame, and inner liner.
Job Overview: Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, managing relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the Paper and Packaging sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Coordinate with Area Managers to develop and execute sales plans.
- Support pricing strategies and new customer acquisition.
- Maintain strong communication with customers, including order handling and delivery follow-up.
- Oversee product development requests and ensure timely execution.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and document resolutions.
- Ensure accurate administration of shipping, billing, and returns.
- Track receivables and monitor timely payments.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts to support sales planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or a related industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Hotel Sales Executive – Karawang
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients (B2B & B2C) to drive hotel sales.
- Promote and sell hotel rooms and event facilities to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, especially from the Japanese market.
- Coordinate with internal hotel teams to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison for Japanese-speaking clients, providing translation and cultural support when needed.
Key Requirements:
- Open for fresh graduates.
- Background in the hospitality industry is preferred (e.g., hotels & accommodations, food & beverage, travel & tourism, leisure & recreation, or event & convention services).
- Open to Japanese expatriates who are willing to be based in Karawang.
