Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Manage the full sales process — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Gather market insights to support sales strategies and planning.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and performance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within IT or digital solutions.
  • Proven record in handling enterprise platforms such as Mekari Qontak, Zoho, HubSpot, and similar systems.
  • Strong hunter mindset with excellent prospecting and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-driven, resilient, and persistent in achieving results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
