Responsibilities & Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience, Minimum 2 years of Sales experience in Carbide/HSS Cutting Tools / CNC Spindle Tooling’s, Machining experience with CNC Shop / Die & Mold Shop / Aerospace Components / Auto Components / Auto Components Machining
- Sales and Application Engineers having experience at the Dealer end can also eligible.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Should have exposure to the Auto OEM’s & Industrial Trade Channel.
- Understanding customer tooling requirement, component drawing reading, understanding critical tolerances and machining areas in relation to the Cutting Tools portfolio.
- Ability to work independently, interact with customers and convince on techno-commercial aspects.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines
- Discover new customers & drive sales of Cutting Tools, CNC Spindle Tooling’s & Auto Components.
- Expand the customer base and generate new leads, Mapping and maintain records of all customers
- Analyse metal cutting processes and provide application-based solutions
- Interact and coordinate with market to collect competitor data and share market insights on upcoming projects
- Interact with senior people in the customer organization such as procurement heads, Shop floor Managers etc.
- Conduct Tool trials, attend to complaints, and ensure timely resolution
- Deliver technical presentations, perform productivity analysis, and generate reports
- Negotiate with customers, close orders promptly, and achieve sales targets
- Collection of timely payments
- Coordination with customer & manufacturing units in case of any quality issues
- Scheduling and accompanying for customer meetings in case of visits to other countries
