The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and expanding Taxsam.co’s client base through strategic approaches, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring smooth billing and payment processes. This role plays a key part in driving business growth and maintaining client satisfaction in the areas of tax, legal, and business consultancy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Management, Business, or Communication).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in professional services (consulting, finance, or legal sector).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Basic understanding of tax, legal, and business consulting services is an advantage.
- Professional appearance, discipline, and strong work ethic.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team and manage time effectively.
- Willing to work fully on‑site (Full Work From Office).
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in line with company targets.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow‑ups to successfully close deals with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and provide excellent after‑sales support.
- Collaborate with the tax, legal, and business consulting teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.
- Assist in billing administration, payment monitoring, and ensure timely settlement of invoices.
- Provide regular updates to management on client prospects, sales achievements, and strategic recommendations.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and company events to enhance Taxsam.co’s brand awareness.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
