Job summary

A leading design-led sanitary ware brand in Indonesia is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to drive sales growth in both residential and commercial markets. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sanitary ware or related sectors, and strong connections in architecture and design. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and proficient English are essential, as well as excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales within sanitary ware, tiles, lighting, or interior finishes.
  • Proven track record in project sales or B2B business development.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across Indonesia's residential and commercial project markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, including retail and distribution channels.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and project proposals.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the local market, competition, and pricing trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the Bali HQ on order management, logistics, and project support.
  • Represent Ahti Interiors at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, ideally within sanitary ware, tiles, lighting, or interior finishes.
  • Proven track record in project sales or B2B business development.
  • Strong network in architecture, design, and real estate community is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
