Role Description

We’re looking for aSales Executivewho is driven, energetic, and passionate about connecting people and businesses. This is afield-based, on-site role in Bali, where you’ll actively represent Indo Property Hub and build relationships with vendors, real estate agents, and service providers

You will play a key role in acquiring new merchants, vendors, and B2B partners to join our ecosystem and list their properties or services on the IPH platform

This is a hands-on position that involves in-person meetings, presentations, and on-site visits to drive growth and engagement within the Indo Property Hub network

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach new vendors, property agents, developers, and service providers across Bali and other regions
  • Conduct door-to-door or scheduled meetings to present Indo Property Hub’s services and partnership benefits
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with partners and clients
  • Pitch and persuade potential clients to list their properties or services on IPH’s platform
  • Manage and update sales pipelines, vendor databases, and leads using CRM tools or spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding
  • Generate daily and weekly sales reports on performance, leads, and conversions
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or B2B acquisition roles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and confident in conducting face-to-face meetings and field pitching
  • Strong understanding of property, service, or B2B industries (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for lead tracking and data management
  • Possess a personal vehicle (motorbike or car) and a valid driver’s license (SIM C or SIM A)
  • Based in Sanur, Bali and willing to work on-site daily with occasional travel for business meetings
