Job summary

Staffinc is seeking a field sales professional to acquire new merchants in the Banjarnegara area through door-to-door outreach. You will identify needs, offer consultative solutions, and drive onboarding for merchant transactions, while executing a targeted canvassing strategy and maintaining CRM-based progress reporting.

• Minimum 1 year experience as Sales (door-to-door/hunting sales).
• Familiar with technology, preferred GoPay/Gojek ecosystem.
• Skilled in canvassing, product demos, and CRM usage.
• Willing to start immediately and work toward targets.
• Target oriented with strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants through door-to-door sales/hunting.
• Identify merchant needs and provide consultative sales solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure onboarding of merchant transaction activities.
• Map target areas and execute canvassing strategy.
