Job Responsibilities

• Control and monitor the development of the area of responsibility
• Open new market opportunities to increase sales targets
• Maintain existing business partner/customer relationships
• Generate and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to expand the business
• Handle customer complaints
• Exhibit excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills
• Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and feedback
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools
• Follow up on customer complaints and comments; manage customer relationship management

Job Requirements

• Male/Female
• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK)
• 1–2 years experience as Sales MT, preferable in cosmetic or beauty business industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build positive relationship with clients
• In‑depth knowledge of beauty industry business
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Possess a valid SIM C and willing to travel for market visits and client meetings
• Master the Jabodetabek area and its surroundings
• Have own transportation (motorcycle)
• Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
