Job Description
  • Develop and implement sales policies, programs, and distribution strategies
  • Drive initiatives through data analytics and performance insights
  • Design and optimize sales processes, tools, and reporting systems
  • Support sales leadership in forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence
  • Provide field support and oversee nationwide implementation of sales strategies
  • Frequently travel across Indonesia to strengthen customer relationships
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7-10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in B2B sales
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance improvements
  • Strong network in food ingredients, food service, and large distributors
  • Excellent sales strategy and execution skills
  • Highly data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Willingness to travel frequently nationwide
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage
