A leading marketing firm in Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop strategies and manage campaigns. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating marketing materials, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and 1-2 years of experience in the industrial sector, with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and support sales growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, digital content, social media posts, and presentations.
Coordinate promotional activities and events, including exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits.
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer engagement.
Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Maintain and update company website and social media platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and media partners.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in ndustrial sector).
Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with design or digital tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or social media management tools).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and within a team environment.
Knowledge in industrial or technical marketing is an advantage.
Experience in managing online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Willing to travel occasionally for events or customer engagement.
