A prominent renewable energy company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Sales Engineer to understand customer requirements, provide technical demonstrations, and develop sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, and a solid understanding of renewable energy technologies. This role involves managing key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements, provide technical product demonstrations, and assist in crafting solutions that meet their needs related to Microgrid (BESS).
Partner with sales managers and account executives to develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets.
Develop and present tailored solutions based on customer requirements for simple issues and coordinate with technical expertise to provide solution for complex issues
Participate in customer meetings, provide technical guidance, and create compelling presentations and proposals
Stay updated with product developments and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Stay updated on the latest advancements in renewable energy technologies and products to provide accurate and informed support.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with relevant teams to address these issues.
Prepare and present regular reports on support activities, team performance, and customer satisfaction to senior management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical requirements, and sales activities in C4C systems.
