Job summary

A leading industrial refrigeration company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Sales Executive to identify potential clients and promote HVAC products. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the refrigeration or HVAC sector and possess strong sales and marketing skills. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting presentations, and negotiating with clients. Candidates must be willing to travel within Indonesia and hold a diploma or degree related to HVAC, industrial, or mechanical engineering.

• Good understanding of HVAC systems.

Identifying potential clients or new business opportunities to promote, sell, and market industrial chiller/refrigeration laboratory equipment

Achieve and exceed sales target through innovative sales strategies

Leverage strong customer connections to strengthen new and existing relationships, increase sales revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction

Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and other related events.

Conduct product presentations and negotiate competitive terms and pricing with customers

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years in refrigeration industry business or HVAC-related business
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HVAC engineering, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Good understanding of industrial chiller/refrigeration equipment
• Good understanding of HVAC systems
• Experience handling customer from mining, paints, or other relevant industries
• Good presentation skills, negotiation skills with strong sales and marketing strategy
• Owns a personal vehicle
• Willing to travel for business within Indonesia
