Job summary

Lautan Air Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Business Development/Key Account role in East Java to grow opportunities from existing and new customer accounts.

You will manage complex negotiations with senior executives, build long-term relationships, and provide technical and commercial support during visits while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements. Fluency in English, proficiency with MS Office, and SAP experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes or water treatment/chemical applications is a plus.
