Job summary

A leading industrial products company in Makassar seeks an ideal candidate to partner with Account Executives in finding and following up with prospective clients. The role involves negotiating deals, managing existing accounts, and providing updates about product deliveries. Candidates should possess an Associate Degree, around 2 years of relevant experience, and strong negotiation and presentation skills. High mobility for customer visits is essential, as is familiarity with CRM and ERP applications. Must be willing to be based in South Sulawesi.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate with customers to close deals, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Manage existing customer accounts, providing ongoing support and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Deal with new customers, coordinating the process for each customer.
  • Provide updates on product deliveries, installation, and maintenance.

Job description

This ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow‑up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.

Main Duties
  • Negotiate with customers to close deals, ensuring that sales target are met.
  • Manages existing customer accounts, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Create a new project (for existing customer) that aligns with the customer’s needs for product development purposes, create new opportunities from new potential business from the existing customer
  • Dealing with new customers with potential revenue or projects, including coordinating in term of flow process each customers both Government and Private Company
  • Coordinate with the Sales Support team to do pricing analysis and provide quotations for customers.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on product deliveries, installation, and maintenance.
Preference and Minimum Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Economics, Management, and Technical Studies.
  • Around 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development of industrial products.
