Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right robots and options for their specific applications.
- Generate accurate and competitive quotations.
- Facilitate introductions between end customers and KUKA partners.
- Track opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and manage accounts.
- Contribute to lead generation through your initiatives and network.
- Report and forecast sales opportunities.
- Represent KUKA at trade shows and support marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma/ bachelor’s degree/Professional degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in automation, industrial machinery, or robotic sales.
- A proactive, resourceful individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
- Willing to travel to sites if required.
- Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
- Team player but also capable of working independently
- Have good sense of time management and strong customer focus
