The ideal candidate will be proficient in Japanese and have at least 3 years of technical sales experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from Japanese agents and customers.
• Translate technical documents from Japanese to English.
• Prepare quotations based on technical inquiries.
• Conduct and support technical meetings and presentations.
• Manage and document all sales processes.
• Provide technical support to meet customer needs.
• Report sales activities and feedback to sales manager.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, especially Japanese clients.
• Coordinate and respond promptly to inquiries from Japanese agents and customers, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Translate customer inquiries, technical documents, or procedures from Japanese to English to facilitate internal understanding and coordination.
• Review technical inquiries from customers and prepare quotations based on specifications and client requirements.
• Conduct and support technical meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure all sales processes from inquiry to order delivery are well managed, documented, and aligned with customer expectations.
• Provide technical support and propose solutions to meet customer needs or resolve issues efficiently.
• Report sales activities, customer feedback, and target achievements regularly to the sales Manager.

Requirements

• Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written) with a minimum JLPT N3 certificate.
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial sales.
• Background in fabrication, manufacturing, or Engineering services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentationskills.
