Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Build strong rapport and trust with new customers and existing customers, maintain good relationships and get referrals.
• Invite and consult customers on their IT education needs and interests, develop a suitable study plan during the consultation.
• Pitch the most suitable program and achieve sales target.
• Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center.
• Handle and direct each prospective customer to the right IT coaching program, whether the contact comes or is communicated via Whatsapp.
• Perform other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the company or when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing Communication, Communication Science or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience as Customer Service, Sales, Telemarketing, Account Executive, or Relationship Manager.
• Experience in the IT Education Industry is a benefit.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in the education technology industry is a plus.
• Preferred experience as Sales Consultant / Account Manager in the Education Industry.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office & Google Apps (Gmail, Google Drive).
• Honest, good attitude, excellent communication skills, hard‑working, responsible, disciplined, meticulous, creative, self‑driven.
• Well organized and understands systematic filing system.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, well‑groomed and well‑mannered.
• Passive speaking Mandarin & English is a benefit.
