A consulting firm in Indonesia is looking for a Sales Director to lead strategies for market expansion in the sanitation and commercial vehicle sector. Responsibilities include developing agents, conducting market research, and establishing strong relationships with overseas customers. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in overseas market development, preferably in Africa. Be responsible for formulating overseas market expansion strategies, including agent development, market research, competitor analysis, product positioning and other related work.
Collaborate with the team to formulate and implement marketing promotion plans in accordance with the company's business needs.
Establish and maintain good relationships with overseas customers, and follow up to solve relevant problems.
Conduct regular reports on market conditions and put forward improvement suggestions.
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of overseas market development experience; candidates with work or living experience in Africa are preferred.
Proficiency in marketing theories, strategic planning and implementation methods, and possess good data analysis capabilities.
Excellent oral and written English skills, with strong communication, coordination abilities and business negotiation skills.
