Helm Care is an innovative Indonesian company providing vending machine solutions for helmet disinfection. We're in aggressive growth phase and seeking a powerful sales leader to build and lead our nationwide franchise expansion strategy.

We need someone with proven sales leadership, franchise expertise, and entrepreneurial mindset to drive rapid franchise growth across Indonesia.

THE ROLE

As Sales Director, you'll be responsible for architecting and leading Helm Care's franchise expansion across Indonesia. You'll build the franchise sales organization, set strategy, recruit and manage regional franchise teams, and drive significant revenue growth.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact C-level adjacent position with significant earning potential and equity upside discussion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop comprehensive franchise sales strategy for Indonesia
  • Create franchise business model and go-to-market plan
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for franchise division
  • Build franchise sales organization from ground up
  • Report directly to CEO and board on progress
  • Recruit and close multiple franchise partners
  • Build franchise sales pipeline across regions
  • Negotiate franchise agreements and terms

Required Experience:

  • Strong financial acumen and business strategy skills

Industry Background (Preferred):

  • Franchise, automotive, FMCG, or financing background
  • Experience with dealer/distributor network management

COVERAGE AREA

This is a national director role with responsibility for franchise expansion across:

  • All major Indonesian cities and regions
  • Metropolitan areas and secondary markets
  • Potential for international expansion (future)

You’ll report from your preferred location with frequent travel to franchise markets.

Year 1 Goals:

  • Build franchise sales organization (5-10 people)
  • Sign 10-20 franchise agreements a month

  • Scale to 30-50 franchisees
