Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Business Development Specialist located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and customer service. Day‑to‑day tasks include analyzing market trends, communicating with potential clients, producing daily reports, and developing strategies to generate business growth. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

As a Sales Logistics Service, you will play a key role in introducing our shipping and logistics solutions to new customers and growing our existing business. This position is located in our West Jakarta office.
Responsibilities
Develop competitive and compelling proposals and bids to win new business.
Identify and reach out to new prospects in target markets to introduce our company's logistics services.
Build strong relationships with existing customers and expand their service offerings through effective cross‑selling.
Understand customer needs and provide customized logistics solutions to meet their business objectives.
Provide exceptional after‑sales support to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed established sales targets while adhering to company procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or transportation services sales role.
Under 40 years old.
Bring the account customer, is a must.
Developing potential business for company.
Able to work on under pressure.
In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry and current market trends.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to interact with customers at all levels.
Sharp negotiation skills and the ability to build long‑term relationships with clients.
Results‑oriented and with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Salary 15‑20 million Rupiah.
Commission.
