Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Sales – Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, craft tailored solution proposals, and drive end‑to‑end sales processes. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and supporting the growth of our warehouse technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and strategic plans.
  • Create tailored solution proposals based on client needs and requirements.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end sales process including negotiation and deal closure.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.
  • Work location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with exceptional achievements are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity or experience with ERP, logistics, supply‑chain processes, warehousing, and B2B sales.
  • Proactive, communicative, and highly motivated.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Strong team player with the ability to contribute, lead, and take responsibility.
