Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, maintaining organizational structure and managing essential information
  • Act as the first point of contact for the sales department, handling incoming calls and inquiries professionally
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution of sales-related tasks
  • Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and contracts
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, presentations, and events
  • Monitor sales targets and contribute to the development of sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and nurture campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
  • Perform market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations and sales materials
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
