Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on Porsche vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct detailed product presentations, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Porsche Jakarta.
  • Stay updated on the latest product features, specifications, and industry trends.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in promotional events and activities.
Key Requirements
  • Proven Sales Expertise: Demonstrated sales success, preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a premium or luxury segment brand/product (e.g., high-end automotive, luxury goods, high-value B2C/B2B services).
  • Brand Passion & Product Knowledge: Genuine passion for the automotive industry, specifically the Porsche brand, with a commitment to maintain in-depth knowledge of current models, technology, and heritage.
  • Client Relationship Focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a customer‑centric approach focused on building long‑term client relationships and trust.
  • Drive for Results: Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets, and maintain a results‑oriented mindset essential for high‑performance sales environments.
  • Professionalism & Attitude: Exemplary working attitude, including a strong emphasis on punctuality, integrity, and a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Teamwork & Autonomy: Ability to work independently to manage client accounts while also collaborating effectively as part of a team to achieve dealership objectives.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) is required.
  • Advantageous: Fluency in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects is a distinct advantage in serving our diverse clientele.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
