What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Showcase our jewellery collections and provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing sales
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our brands and generate new leads
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help improve our offerings
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success
What we're looking for
- Minimum High School Graduate
- Proven experience min. 3 years as a sales representative or consultant in fashion, luxury retail industry, automotive, or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- A passion for the retail luxury industry and a deep understanding of high-end fashion products
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- A positive, customer‑centric attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Willing to work in shift hours (Mall Operational Hours) and willing to work 6 days a week (Including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday, 1 day off on weekday)
