What you'll be doing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Showcase our jewellery collections and provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing sales
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our brands and generate new leads
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help improve our offerings
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success
What we're looking for
  • Minimum High School Graduate
  • Proven experience min. 3 years as a sales representative or consultant in fashion, luxury retail industry, automotive, or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • A passion for the retail luxury industry and a deep understanding of high-end fashion products
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • A positive, customer‑centric attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
  • Willing to work in shift hours (Mall Operational Hours) and willing to work 6 days a week (Including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday, 1 day off on weekday)
