Welcome to Sparks Sports Academy - SEVEN Retail Group! We specialize in creating vibrant sports and activity centers for children beyond the confines of schooling. We are looking for a Student Advisor to promote programs that encompass Gymnastics, Ballet, Futsal, Basketball, Dance, Taekwondo, Phonics, and many more, ensuring all kids' needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales consultations with first-time customers, assess their needs, and develop tailored study plans.
- Pitch and promote suitable programs, employing effective upselling techniques.
- Maintain and manage a sales and student database, and generate accountable sales reports.
- Meet monthly sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and facilitate parent-related events.
- Resolve parent inquiries and concerns promptly, ensure timely communication on study-related updates, support course resales and student reactivation.
Requirements
- Service-oriented mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Available to work on weekends.
- Proven sales ability with at least 1 year in B2C sales or direct selling.
- Strong interpersonal and promotional skills, proactive and team-oriented.
- Results-driven with willingness to work shifts and weekends (days off on weekdays).
- Sales or education industry experience is advantageous.
IT Education Sales Consultant
Responsibilities
- Build strong rapport and trust with new customers and existing customer, maintain good relationships and get referrals.
- Invite and Consult customers on their IT education needs and interest, develop a suitable study plan during the consultation.
- Pitch the most suitable program, achieve sales target.
- Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center.
- Handle and direct each prospective customer to the right IT coaching program, whether it comes or communicates via Whatsapp.
- Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the company or when needed.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing Communication, Communication Science or other related.
- At least have 2 years experience as Customer Service, Sales, Telemarketing, Account Executive, Relationship Manager.
- Have experience in IT Education Industry is a benefit.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
- Have experience in education technology industry is a plus.
- Required Skill(s): Preferably experienced in serving Education Industry etc as Sales Consultant / Account Manager.
- Computer Literate of Microsoft Office & Google Apps (Gmail, Google Drive).
- Honest, Good Attitude, Excellent Communication Skill, Hard Working, Responsible, Discipline, Meticulous, Creative, Self-Driven.
- Well organized and understand the systematic filling system.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, well-groomed and well-mannered.
- To be passively spoken Mandarin & English is a benefit.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Support.
- Respond to WhatsApp and phone chats during business hours.
- Register new leads, assign to the right team.
- Send updates and reminders (WhatsApp, Email, etc.).
- Follow up with leads, reschedule sessions, support upselling.
- Coordinate with instructors & internal teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in many social media platforms.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
