Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and performance‑driven Sales Consultant to accelerate the adoption of solar energy solutions across residential and MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) segments. This role goes beyond frontline selling — it requires an entrepreneurial mindset to develop market insights, manage key relationships, and drive revenue growth through consultative sales approaches.

The ideal candidate thrives on building long‑term customer value, spotting untapped market opportunities, and collaborating cross‑functionally to scale Arysun’s renewable energy footprint in Indonesia.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire and convert new customers through consultative, solution‑based selling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customers and partners.
  • Analyze sales performance, track conversion data, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and provide market feedback on customer needs and competitors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality, sales materials, and delivery outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in CRM systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in B2B/B2C environments — ideally within renewable energy, FMCG, construction, or technology sectors.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and ability to design and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (online and offline).
  • Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and work independently in the field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is an advantage.
