A creative lifestyle brand is seeking a Sales & Brand Manager in Jakarta Utara to drive sales, marketing, and collaborations. You will develop brand strategies and lead marketing campaigns while ensuring community engagement. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of brand management experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English. This role offers strategic freedom and competitive compensation with performance-based commission.
Buscraft is all about adventure, creativity, and craftsmanship on the move. As we grow our brand, we’re looking for a Sales & Brand Manager who can take the wheel — leading sales, marketing, distribution, events, and collaborations to drive Buscraft to the next level.
Brand Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Define brand positioning, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.
Set sales and marketing targets and ensure they are achieved through structured planning.
Drive sales growth through effective distribution strategies and partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, distributors, and event partners.
Monitor stock performance, pricing strategy, and product availability across channels.
Marketing & Communications
Lead marketing campaigns, digital content, and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness.
Oversee social media and advertising strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
Ensure all communications reflect the Buscraft brand identity and tone.
Events & Collaborations
Conceptualize and execute events, exhibitions, and brand activations to grow community engagement.
Initiate and manage collaborations with creators, brands, and communities aligned with Buscraft’s DNA.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and reports to management for data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate with design, retail, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Mentor and guide junior staff to support brand execution.
At least 2 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the buscraft or outdoor industries.
Proven experience leading sales and marketing initiatives with measurable results.
Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
