As our Sales B2B (Food Ingredients), you will be the driving force behind our market expansion and revenue growth. Your mission is to use your technical expertise to solve complex customer challenges.
Pioneer New Opportunities: Go beyond simple order-taking. Actively hunt, qualify, and close significant new business deals, consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Be a Technical Consultant: Leverage your knowledge of Food Science/Technology to offer solutions. You won't just sell an ingredient; you'll advise on its application, formulation, and market fit.
Forge Strategic Partnerships: Build deep, lasting relationships with R&D teams and senior executives in the food and beverage manufacturing sector. Lead complex, high-stakes negotiations with professionalism and expertise.
Fuel Our Growth: Your success directly contributes to our top-line revenue, generating sales from both a solid existing client base and high-potential new accounts.
The Educational Edge: Bachelor's degree (S1 Preferred) in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
The Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven, successful B2B Sales experience—specifically within the Food Ingredients or related industrial sales sector is mandatory.
The Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit.
The Drive: Must be comfortable with significant travel (up to 75%) to meet clients in East Java and Central Java, conduct presentations, and explore the market across Indonesia.
Team Player: Ability to operate independently to manage a territory, while collaborating seamlessly with internal teams (logistics, finance, and management).
