Role Description

We are looking for Sales Associates to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers: answering leads on WhatsApp, following up to close deals, and helping customers design the trips they're looking for. You will manage leads through the sales funnel and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth bookings and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to incoming leads on WhatsApp and other channels
  • Consult with customers on travel packages or customized itineraries
  • Follow up with leads and close sales effectively
  • Keep accurate data of leads and progress in the sales funnel
  • Work closely with operations to ensure seamless trip delivery
  • Convert leads into sales with an attractive commission structure of 25% profit per sale
