Papaya Sales Associate

We’re Papaya — a plant‑based food delivery platform on a mission to make eating sustainably cool, fun, and effortless. We partner with Bali’s best vegan-friendly restaurants and deliver their delicious creations straight to your door.

Now we’re looking for a Sales Associate who’s outgoing, social, and passionate about good food and meaningful connections.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect with amazing local restaurants and invite them to join Papaya
• Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners and managers
• Visit restaurants around Bali (Ubud, Gianyar, and beyond)
• Share feedback with the team and help grow our partner community
• Support the team in spreading the plant‑based movement

Who You Are

• Strong language and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Organized, self‑driven, and able to manage your own time
• Confident to cold‑call and approach new potential partners
• Know how to follow up effectively and work with CRM tools (training provided)
• Sales experience is a plus (hospitality or F&B background even better)
• Friendly, confident, and professional in every interaction
• Based in Bali (Ubud or Gianyar area preferred)
• Comfortable with flexible working hours mix of fieldwork and online tasks
