About the Role

PT Joyfull Technology Indonesia is seeking a Mandarin Translator & Sales Assistant with strong bilingual capabilities and commercial coordination experience.
Your primary role is Mandarin interpretation (business meetings, operational discussion, internal coordination), while also assisting in sales tracking, order follow-up, client management, and reporting.

This position requires excellent Mandarin fluency, strong business professionalism, and readiness to join short business trips.

Key Responsibilities
Language and Interpretation

Provide real-time Mandarin ↔ Bahasa Indonesia / English interpretation for meetings, negotiations, and client visits.

Translate business documents, contracts, reports, emails, and meeting minutes.

Support communication between Chinese-speaking executives and local teams.

Assist business teams in order follow-up, customer conversion, and sales coordination.

Maintain client databases, sales pipelines, and report updates.

Prepare quotations, correspondence, follow-up notes, and documentation.

Join client visits and external meetings to support communication and coordination.

Field and Operational Support

Participate in short business trips (1–3 days) for service visits, partner meetings, or project activities.

Visit sites/project locations when needed to monitor progress and support team communication.

Assist with logistics arrangements, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.

Provide basic HR/administrative support when required.

Prepare and deliver meeting summaries, follow-up reports, and communication notes.

Requirements

23–25 years old; open to male and female candidates.

Fluent Mandarin speaking & listening — confident, accurate, and responsive.

Minimum HSK Level 4–5 required (HSK 3 with strong fluency may be considered).

Mandarin reading and writing proficiency is an advantage.

Male candidates must be able to drive (SIM A preferred).

Minimum 2–3 years experience as a translator/interpreter or bilingual assistant — not open to fresh graduates.

Experience communicating with Chinese managers or Chinese companies.

Willing and able to travel for work trips (1–3 days).

Strong communication, organization, and responsibility.

Efficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Able to work on-site in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial/project environments.

Ability to support commercial discussions and documentation.

Understanding of Chinese business culture and etiquette.

Work closely with senior management and Chinese-speaking teams.
