Role Description
The primary focus will be on aggressive outreach and learning the sales process under mentorship.
Intensive Prospecting & Cold Outreach
- Undergo training on RICE AI's service offerings (AI Consulting, Digital Transformation).
- Execute daily, high-volume cold calling and email campaigns targeting businesses identified by the marketing team.
- Learn and apply objection handling techniques specific to technology solutions.
Field Engagement & Client Exposure
- Accompany senior team members on client visits and meetings to observe and participate in initial discovery sessions.
- Begin independently conducting introductory pitch meetings after initial training milestones.
Market Visibility
- Assist the team in preparing materials and attending business conferences to learn networking strategies and competitive intelligence gathering.
Sales Process Documentation
- Diligently log all activities, progress, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: Fresh Graduate (0–1 year experience) from a recognized university with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Mindset: Extremely high motivation, resilience, and a genuine enthusiasm for sales and technology/AI. We prioritize drive over experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills; comfortable and articulate when speaking to strangers over the phone or in person.
- Ambition: Clear desire to build a career in high-value B2B sales. Must be eager to learn complex technical services.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Rp. 1,500,000/month (This reflects an entry-level/trainee compensation structure).
- Incentive: Performance-Based Sales Commission – Significant earning potential based on successfully closed deals.
