Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Semarang, Central Java.

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting TSP’s global and domestic sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from new potential customers and develop them into long-term business partners
• Manage new product items, including pricing, documentation, and coordination with production
• Prepare promotion materials, brochures, catalog updates, and digital content
• Develop and implement promotion plans and achieve marketing and sales targets
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers (domestic & export)
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities; recommend strategic actions
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Provide training and support to internal teams or external partners when needed

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills with the ability to communicate actively in English (spoken & written)
• Customer Service mindset with the ability to maintain strong professional relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in preparing or delivering Training to team members or stakeholders
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies aligned with company goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields (preferred)
• Additional language proficiency is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in teams
