Our client is a Heavy Equipment (Industrial) company. They are looking for a Sales and Business Development Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the heavy industrial machinery market (e.g., mining, construction, energy, manufacturing).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions based on technical specifications and application needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and product presentations to clients.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order execution.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue and profitability goals.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors' degree from Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
