Sales and BD Asst. Manager - Heavy Equipment (Industrial) - Depok (B-122190)
Our client is a Heavy Equipment (Industrial) company. They are looking for a Sales and Business Development Assistant Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the heavy industrial machinery market (e.g., mining, construction, energy, manufacturing).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions based on technical specifications and application needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and product presentations to clients.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order execution.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue and profitability goals.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand visibility and generate leads.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree from Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Min 3-5 years of experience as Sales or Business Development Assistant Manager in Industrial Heavy Machinery manufacture.
- Have experience in B2B business with Indonesian companies and overseas.
- Business level of English.
