About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Admin to join our team. As a Sales Admin, you will be responsible for providing sales support to our sales department, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This is a contract role based in Batuceper Tangerang.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing the clients with price lists, catalogs, and promotions
  • Taking orders by emails, WhatsApp messages and calls, etc.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Maintaining and updating customer records and databases
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the sales function
