Our client is a can packaging manufacturing company, a ChinaJapan joint venture that has operated in Indonesia for more than 50 years and oversees more than 20 active factories across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate sales and account management in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrate strong capability in sales management.
• Manage and maintain existing clients and key accounts.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and product or service presentations.
• Achieve company sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing, Economics/Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably from the packaging manufacturing industry, FMCG sector, or other relevant manufacturing industries.
• Proven experience in management, corporate sales, or account management.
• Basic Mandarin or Hokkien
• English proficiency is required.
• Target oriented, well-organized, and a self-starter.
• Familiar with ERP or SAP systems.
