Job summary

A leading technology distributor in Jakarta is looking for a Sales Account Manager. You will manage existing customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Attractive salary and commission package available.

Job description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts, developing new accounts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Account Manager will also provide excellent customer service and support.

Also we are open to Our Branch Office in Surabaya and currently have a vacancy for a Sales Account Manager.

Qualifications
  • Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
  • Lead Generation and Communication skills
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or industrial sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • 2 Years of work experience with Sales
  • Experience with industrial networking products is a plus
