Your Opportunity

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centers. Act as the primary contact for all client-related matters and resolve issues or concerns promptly.

• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and upsell products or services. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and growth targets while maintaining profitability.

• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions based on Roche’s IVD portfolio. Maintain a clear understanding of customer goals, preferences, and business environments, and regularly present product offerings, proposals, and progress updates.

Who you are

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or higher, preferably with a science background.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management within the healthcare, diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Fast learner with strong market awareness and adaptability.

• Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
