Requirements
  • Minimum 1–3 years' experience in direct sales, account management, or similar roles (B2B or B2C).
  • Experience in digital product marketing (preferably in gaming, ppob, e-money, or similar businesses).
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage client follow-ups.
  • Experience in canvassing/field sales or demonstrated ability to generate new leads proactively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to contribute to pricing strategy and business growth.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or other reporting tools, with strong sales reporting discipline.
  • Available to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
Responsibilities
  • Execute direct sales through assigned sales channels and achieve monthly targets.
  • Follow up and maintain strong relationships with existing customers/clients.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize competitiveness and margins.
  • Canvass and acquire new clients through proactive outreach (cold calling, field canvassing, meetings).
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Record and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns, promotions, and pricing.
