A dynamic international company in Indonesia is seeking a Sales professional to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential, and the role welcomes talent eager to grow in the sales field. Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales to join our team in Indonesia. This role focuses on developing customer relationships, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with a passion for sales and strong Chinese language skills will thrive in this position, and no specific industry background is required—we welcome talent eager to learn and grow in the sales field.
Identify and engage potential customers through proactive outreach (including calls, meetings, and digital communication) to promote our products/services.
Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, effectively addressing inquiries and resolving simple customer issues in a timely manner.
Track sales progress, submit regular sales reports (e.g., weekly/monthly performance, customer feedback), and contribute to optimizing sales strategies.
Collaborate with the internal team (e.g., marketing, customer support) to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure smooth service delivery.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) — able to communicate fluently with Chinese-speaking clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Indonesian (spoken and written) is a plus.
Sales Experience: 1-2 years of working experience in sales or customer service roles. Experience in B2B/B2C sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Industry Background: No specific industry experience required. Fresh graduates with relevant part-time sales experience are also welcome.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office) and familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., WeChat, Zoom) is a plus.
Eligibility: Legally authorized to work in Indonesia; willing to adapt to flexible work arrangements (if needed).
