Overview

This S&OP and CoManufacture Planning Lead will be responsible for S&OP, Demand Planning and end-to-end CoManufacturing Planning agendas in Foods (Snacks COSO and Quaker CoMan) for Indonesia. This position is a member of the supply chain team driving SC strategic plans and delivering AOP targets, reporting to the Head of Logistics

Responsibilities

What you will be responsible for:

  • Lead S&OP process; Internal & External
  • Lead demand and Import & CoMan sourced supply planning activities & process improvement
  • Constant focus in delivering supply chain KPI
  • Drive process excellence in job scope areas
  • Lead Co-Manufacturing E2E process excellence
  • Support business in new products developments
  • Drive supply chain productivity (cost efficiency improvement) agenda
Qualifications

What you will need to have:

Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of planning processes, reporting with sound technical supply chain fundamentals
  • Exceptional project management skills with proven track record/experience on set-up new process and transformation
  • Broad functional understanding (Sales, Finance, Purchasing) and experience working in cross-functional environment/teams.
  • Experiences in FMCG (Foods and Beverages business) is preferred
  • High levels of analytical and financial skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impacts
