Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies for aesthetic products in line with company targets.
Set KPIs, sales targets, and annual/monthly plans.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to take strategic actions.
Team Management & Development
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support professional growth.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, distributors, and key accounts.
Provide tailored solutions and ensure excellent post‑sales support.
Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Provide strategic insights to management on market growth and new opportunities.
Product Knowledge & Marketing Support
Ensure the team has deep product knowledge.
Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotions to increase awareness and sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or Healthcare‑related field preferred.
Minimum 5‑10 years of aesthetic product sales experience, with at least 2‑3 years in managerial role.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Understanding of market trends and regulations related to aesthetic products.
