I am an Executive Founder at Mindo looking for immediate assistance with the following tasks:

  • Manage my Calendar using certain rules
  • Collaborate with my team to set meetings and agendas
  • Make reservations by phone/email
  • Create SOPs
  • Do Email research
  • Fill in PDF documents
  • Be available on Google & WhatsApp to take tasks and do them fast
  • Organize my travel (booking flights, hotels, research restaurants)
  • Take notes during important meetings and follow up with action items summaries
