Responsibilities:

• Design of robotic integration systems for spot welding, arc welding, and door and cover hemming.
• Robot teaching, path simulation, and path programming.
• Writing robot control programs, setting up signal interactions with PLCs, and designing emergency stop interlocks.
• Designing communication between robots and PLCs, hardware system selection for load and reachability.
• Signal interaction between robots and welding equipment.
• Maintenance of equipment and troubleshooting for on-site robots.
• Comply with and enforce the company's information security management policies and requirements.
• Monitor and report information security violations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Junior High School diploma or higher. A preference will be given to candidates with relevant technical certificates and 1-3 years of practical experience in a robotics-related field.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of robot operation, programming, and maintenance is essential.

• Design of non-standard automated fixtures, gauges, and hemming dies for body welding lines.
• Participate in 3D reviews and make design modifications as necessary.
• Assist in the production and manufacturing of tooling fixtures and provide necessary technical support.
• Track the assembly, integration, and debugging process of tooling fixtures, coordinating with other departments to resolve design issues encountered during manufacturing and installation.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Automation, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in welding fixture design.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles. Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including component selection. Knowledge of commonly used machining equipment and manufacturing processes for parts.
• Proficient in office and design software.
