About the Role

PT Smailing Tours & Travel Service is seeking a talented Risk Management Supervisor to join our team in Jakarta. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's risk mitigation strategies, ensuring we are prepared to handle any potential challenges that may arise. With a strong focus on compliance and risk management best practices, you will play a pivotal part in safeguarding our operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies, procedures, and controls to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks
• Monitor and analyze risk data, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management
• Ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and address emerging risks
• Lead and manage a team of risk management professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest risk‑management trends and best practices
• Develop and deliver risk‑management training and awareness programmes for employees

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of five years’ experience in a risk management or compliance role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry
• Thorough understanding of risk‑management frameworks, principles, and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify risks
